Finding house playlists that are real, still active and open to pitches can eat a whole week before a release. If you're looking into house music Spotify playlist submission, here are 10 house playlists you can pitch yourself. Each one has a published way to reach its curator and a clean result on our bot and quality checks.
Updated October 2026. Real listeners on real playlists matter a little more this year. In August 2026 TechCrunch reported that Spotify would add "AI Persona" badges to some artist profiles from mid-September and, by default, leave those profiles out of its editorial and algorithmic recommendations [1]. Spotify is getting choosier about what it recommends, and independent curators with genuine followers are one route to people who'll actually press play.
We picked these from MusicMinutes' own Playlist Search data on 11 October 2026 [2]. The follower counts are exactly what we hold, and the names are as listed on Spotify. It's a sample, not our top-rated house playlists: those, with contacts for every one, stay in Playlist Search.
The list: 10 house playlists for Spotify playlist submission
Each name links to the playlist on Spotify. Follower counts are as of 11 October 2026 and change daily, and the list is sorted by followers. The style column shows the playlist's top genre tags as we hold them, so you can see at a glance whether it leans tech house, afro house or melodic.
| # | Playlist | Followers | Style |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Chillout 2026 🌴Deep House and Chill House for relax | 352,660 | tropical house, deep house, stutter house |
| 2 | Ibiza Deep House Mix | 74,762 | stutter house, melodic house, afro house |
| 3 | Tantra (Afro House) | 41,621 | afro house, house, afro tech |
| 4 | GYM SELECTION 2026 | The Best Of Dance Music For Your Training | 13,789 | hard house, house, tech house |
| 5 | Ibiza Lounge | 10,850 | melodic house, organic house, deep house |
| 6 | Feel Good House Bangers 🌴 | 4,694 | house, tropical house, jazz house |
| 7 | Dance that Heals | 1,408 | stutter house, deep house, jazz rap |
| 8 | Global Fresh Mix 2026 | 1,307 | organic house, minimal techno, progressive house |
| 9 | Deep & Chill | 1,060 | lounge, stutter house, melodic house |
| 10 | Car Music 2026 | 1,010 | tropical house, deep house, afro house |
A few of these carry tags from next door. Deep & Chill lists lounge first, Global Fresh Mix 2026 mixes in minimal techno, and Dance that Heals carries jazz rap as a third tag. Treat those tags as a hint about where your track would sit. They're no reason to skip the playlist.
How we picked these
Every playlist above had to pass all of these on 11 October 2026:
- House is one of its top two genre tags (house, deep house, tech house, afro house, melodic house, organic house or stutter house).
- A pass on our quality checks, without being one of our very top-rated house playlists (those stay in Playlist Search).
- At least 1,000 followers.
- A published way to contact the curator.
- Not on our excluded list, which holds playlists we've found to be botted, taking payment for placements or removed.
- A name that isn't explicit.
Our quality checks run daily on the playlist's follower history, how active it is and how many small artists it features. Botted and payola playlists are hidden automatically, so none of them can make a list like this.
After the query we read through the results by hand. We dropped anything whose name pointed at another genre, playlists named after a DJ or artist, and names that seem to carry the curator's own name, since we don't print curator details here. Then we picked 10.
One honest caveat. A published contact means the curator can be reached, not that they'll reply or add your song. Curators decide what goes on their playlists, and they don't owe anyone a listen.
How to pitch house playlists so curators actually listen
Most pitches get ignored for the same few reasons. Here's what I'd do with this list (there's more detail in our guide on how to pitch your song to Spotify playlist curators).
- Listen first. Play the top of the playlist and a few tracks further down. A list tagged afro house and afro tech wants a different groove from one tagged hard house and tech house, even though both say "house".
- Match the sound, not the label. Pick the one track from your release that sits closest to what's already there. Energy and tempo matter more than which subgenre your distributor listed.
- Send one personal message. Use the playlist's name, say in a sentence why the track fits, and include the Spotify link. A copy and paste blast to twenty curators reads like one.
- No attachments. Don't send WAV files or download folders unless the curator asks for them. A Spotify link is all they need to check the track and add it.
- Follow up once. If you hear nothing after a week or two, one short, polite nudge is fine. After that, move on and pitch your next release.
- Never pay for a placement. A curator who asks for money to add your song is selling something Spotify tells artists to avoid. More on that below.
What to avoid
Offers that promise streams turn up in every genre, house included. Spotify is blunt about them: it "strictly prohibits using any third party service that promises streams or playlist placement in exchange for money", and any service that promises streams, followers or playlist placement for money is "not legitimate and should be avoided" [3].
And if it goes wrong, it's your track that pays for it. Spotify lists possible consequences including "Removal of the song from Spotify playlists" and "Removal of the track from Spotify altogether", and artificial streams "do not earn royalties" [3].
Botted playlists are the other trap. A huge follower count with no real listening behind it does nothing for your release and can drag your track into the problems above. Big numbers alone tell you very little, which is why every playlist above had to pass quality checks that look at far more than followers.
Where to find the curator contacts
We've left contacts out of this article on purpose. Public lists of curator emails tend to get scraped and spammed, and curators who get buried stop answering. If you'd rather not hunt each one down by hand, Playlist Search is where we keep them.
It covers around 24,000 bot-checked Spotify playlists you can search by keyword, genre, mood or similar artist. Each one shows a daily quality score with its follower history and verified curator contacts (email, Instagram or a submission link). You keep the contacts you reveal even if you cancel, and there's no fee per pitch, because you pitch the curator directly. Playlist Search is on the paid plans (Artist from £72 a year), which also include 3 human-checked submissions a month to the MusicMinutes playlists through Submit.
Contacts for these and more than 2,050 house playlists, including our highest-rated ones, are in Playlist Search.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is it free to submit house music to Spotify playlists?
Pitching a curator directly by email or Instagram costs nothing. Some curators use a submission link with their own terms, so read them first. What you should never do is pay someone who promises streams or a placement, because Spotify says those services should be avoided [3].
Are these the best house playlists on Spotify?
No, and that's deliberate. They're a sample that passed our bot and quality checks, not our top-rated list. Playlist Search rates every playlist daily from follower history, activity and how many small artists it features [2], and that's where you'll find the highest-rated house playlists and their contacts.
Will these house playlist curators add my track?
Nobody can promise that. Each playlist has a published way to contact its curator, but they choose what fits. A track that suits the playlist's sound, sent with a short personal message, gives you the best shot.
Why aren't the curator emails listed here?
We keep them out of public articles so they don't get scraped and flooded. Verified contacts for every playlist here are in Playlist Search.
