Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Billing in your account and you keep everything until the end of the period you've paid for.
What happens if I move up to Artist Pro?
Pro starts straight away. You pay the difference for the rest of your current month or year, and Stripe shows you the exact amount before you confirm.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, from Billing. Monthly to yearly is charged straight away. Yearly to monthly starts when your paid year ends.
What does "a month" mean for the limits?
A rolling 30 days. Each limit frees up 30 days after you use it, rather than all resetting on one date.
I joined at £9 or £48. Does my price change?
No. You keep your price, even if you cancel and come back. If you move up to Artist Pro, you get it at £15 a month or £135 a year.
Do you generate footage with AI?
No. Clips edits your own footage, our sample footage and real stock footage. We never generate footage with AI.
